250 gm bhindi (cut into long strip)
Oil for frying
½ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Cumin coriander powder
2 tsp Red chilli powder
Pinch of Asafoetida
Salt to taste
2 tsp Sugar powder (optional)
½ tsp Chat masala
½ tsp Amchur powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tbsp Besan
. Cut bhindi into a long strip and keep aside.
. Sprinkle all spices on it and mix with spoon.
. Now Sprinkle besan and mix well.
. Keep aside for 40-45 minutes.
. Heat oil in a pan and fry it.
. Fry till it appears crispy.
. Serve with kadhi and chapatti.
