. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves fry 2 mins.
. Add chopped onions and green chilies, once onions turns in to soft and brown colour then add ginger garlic paste,fry 3 mins.
. Add chopped tomato and turmeric powder.
. Add the boiled chana dal,boiled cabbage and water. Cover and cook it.
. Add salt and red chili powder.
. Mix well. Cover and cook till cabbage is cooked.
. Add the chopped coriander.
. Mix well and saute for a minute. The cabbage chana dal sabzi is done.Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve .
. It goes well with roti, plain rice or parathas.
