1 Kg barfi
50 gms dried apricots
50 gms dried berries
1 Tbsp coconut powder
1 lemon
1 Tbsp sugar
100 gms Mascarpone Cheese
50 gms dry fruits
50 gms walnuts

How to make Lemon and Coconut Barfi

. Smash barfi.

. Take a bowl and add chopped, dried apricots, berries, lemon rind and coconut powder.

. Add burfi to this.

. Bake at 180 degree Celsius for about 12 minutes.

. Squeeze a lemon and mix with sugar.

. Further add Mascarpone cheese.

. Garnish baked barfi with Mascarpone cheese, dry fruits and walnuts
