100 gm Sabudana (sago)
1 tbsp Farali chevado
2 small Potatoes (boiled)
1 Green Chili (fine chopped)
Salt to taste
1 tsp Chat masala
2 tsp Sugar powder (optional)
1 tsp Amchur powder
½ tsp Black pepper powder
1 tsp Red chili powder
1 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)

How to make Dry Sabudana Khichdi

. Wash and drain sago balls.
. Every 30 minutes sprinkle water on it, repeat it till 3-4 hours.
. Remove the skin of potatoes and cut into small pieces.
. Now take sago balls in a medium bowl.
. Add potatoes, red chili powder, green chili, salt, amchur powder, chat masala, sugar powder, and black pepper powder and mix well.
. Also mix farali chevado and coriander leaves.
. Garnish with coriander leaves.
. Sabudana khichdi is ready for serve.
