10-12 baby corn (blanched)
200 gm fish cut into thin fingers
Salt and pepper to taste
2 lemons
1 Tbsp light soy sauce
1 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce

For the batter:

1 cup flour
1/2 cup corn flour
Club soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp ajwain
1/2 tsp red chilli powder

How to make Baby Corn Fritters

. Marinate the baby corn and fish cubes with lemon juice, light soy, sweet chili sauce, salt and pepper.

. Whisk flour, corn flour, yeast, sugar, salt, cumin, ajwain and red chilli powder for a smooth batter.

. Dredge the fish and baby corn into flour; dip into the batter and fry until crisp.
