Ingredients:

Soorakaya pieces – 250 grms
Oil – 2 tbs
Urad dal
Curry leaves
Cumin seeds
Mustard seeds
Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Chana dal
Telagapindi – 1 cup
Dry red chillies – 2
Green chillis – 2

How to make Soorakaya Telagapindi curry

.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
.Add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,chana dal,urad dal,dry red chillies, green chillis, curry leaves and saute for 1-2 minutes.
.Add soorakaya pieces 1 cup and give it a mix,add pinch of turmeric powder,salt to taste,add some water and bring it to boil.
.Add telagapindi ,give it a good mix,keep stirring the mixture evenly.Cook for few minutes till soorakaya pieces on medium flame.
.Off the stove and transfer onto a plate,serve hot with rice or chapathis.
