Vegetable Stock – 1 tablespoon.
oil – 1 tea spoon.
All vegetables ( beans, carrot) – 1 cup.
Sugar – 1/4 tea spoon.
Soya sauce – 2 tablespoons.
Red chili sauce – as required.
Pepper powder – pinch.
Vinegar – 1 tbs
Ginger (finely sliced) – 1/2 tea spoon.
Salt – to taste.
Corn flour – 1 tea spoon.
Water – as required.
Coriander for garnish

How to make hot and sour soup

. Take a vegetable stock ,to it add around 3 cups of water and let it boil.
. Then add soya sauce, vinegar, chili sauce as required, pepper, sugar.
. All vegetables, slices of ginger, salt and boil this once.
. When it comes to boil, add oil, then mix corn flour in water and add this to the above vegetable stock , bring this to boil again as thicker you want.
. Take a serving bowl, add coriander and soup into it.
