Ingredients :

Baby cucumbers/ keera : 2
Salt : 3 tsp
Red chilli powder : 4 tsp
Mustard powder : 4 tsp
Fenugreek powder ( optional ) : 1 tsp
Peanut oil : 4 table spoons
One full lime juice

How to make Cucumber Pickle

. Wash the cucumbers and dry them with a cloth.
. Remove the seeds and cut into small pieces..
. Add all of remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly with a dry spoon.
. Take them in a porcelain jar and set aside for 24 hours..
. Serve with steamed rice and a dollop of ghee.
