3 cups Wheat flour
1 Carrots (peeled and grated)
1 Onion (chopped)
1tsp Chilli powder
1/2tsp Turmeric powder
1tsp Coriander powder
1tsp Cumin seeds
2tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
Salt to taste
Water to knead

How to make Carrot Paratha

. Take the grated carrot in a bowl.

. Add the onions, coriander leaves, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds and salt.

. Pour in the flour.

. Mix well, add enough water to make a dough.

. Add more flour if the dough is too sticky.

. Make small balls of the dough and roll into flat rounds using circular motions.

. Fry well on a heated tawa on both sides until done.

. Serve hot with pickle and yoghurt.
