Cashew Nuts : 1 cup
Ghee : 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder : 1/4 to 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder to taste
Salt to taste
A big pinch of sugar (Opitional)
How to make Spicy Roasted Cashews
. Heat a teaspoon of ghee in a wide pan.
. Add and roast the cashews until golden brown color.
. Sprinkle the salt, red chilli powder, sugar and pepper powder and mix well.
. Turn off the flame let it cool completely.
. Store in a airtight container and serve as a snack.
