2 apple (seb)
2 glass milk (doodh)
2 tbsp sugar
4 green cardamom (hari elaichi)
ice as required
How to make apple milkshake
. Peel apple and cut in small pieces.
. Now blend milk, sugar and apple in a mixer.
. Grind elaichi to a powder and mix in the shake.
. Now pour shake in the glasses.
. Put some crushed ice and serve it chilled.
200 ml any chilled Cola
1 scoop Vanilla Ice-cream
50 ml sweetened Milk (Doodh)
. In a tall thin glass add a scoop of ice-cream.
. Pour the sweetened milk over it and add ice-cubes.
. Now very carefully pour the cola in the glass.
. See it doesn’t flow out.
. Serve with a spoon.

. Peel litchi and take out their pulp. Keep the seeds aside.
. Now blend litchi, sugar, essence and milk in a mixer.
. Pour it in the glass along with some crushed ice.
. Serve it chilled.
2 cups milk
2 Tbsp malt
2 cups chocolate ice cream
1 tsp vanilla essence
How to make Chocolate Malt Milkshake
. In a blender add milk, cookies, malt, ice cream and vanilla essence. Blend.
. Pour in a glass and your chocolate milkshake is ready.
Milk – 2 cups
. Remove the hard pit from dates, chop them coarsely.
. Add them to the blender with ½ cup of milk.
. Blend it till it gets smooth puree.
. Then add rest of the milk. Again blend it till everything is blended well.
. Pour into the glass and serve.
Muskmelon or cantaloupe or kharbuja – 4 cups, roughly cubed
Honey – 1-2 tablespoons or to taste, optional
Chilled water or ice cubes – ¼ cup
. Cut the cantaloupe (musk melon) in half, remove the seeds using spoon.
. Cut into slices, peel it and cut into big cubes.
. Take chopped pieces into blender. Add honey (if using) and water or ice cubes.
. Blend it till smooth.
. Pour the juice into a serving glasses and serve.
Papaya fruit pieces – 1 medium cup
Milk – 1 small cup
Milk powder or cream – 1 tablespoon
Sugar – 1 teaspoon (optional)
Any desired essence – few drops (Optional)
. Put papaya pieces along with sugar in a mixer and grind it to a smooth puree.
. Then add milk and other ingredients and grind it for one to two seconds.
. Delicious Milk Shake is ready.
. Serve chilled.
120 gm almonds-soaked overnight and peeled
8 green cardamoms -crushed, cooked in water and strained
1 tsp almond essence
3 cups sugar
2 cups water
1 tsp kewda essence
1/8 tsp potassium meta bi-sulphite(potassium salt of bisulfate anion)
. Add a little water (enough to facilitate blending) to the almonds and blend to a fine paste.
. Strain through a fine sieve or muslin cloth and add some more water to the left-over almonds and blend and strain again.
. Make the liquid up-to 2 cups, by adding water if necessary.
. Add sugar to the strained almond liquid and dissolve over low heat.
. When it dissolves, increase the heat and bring to a boil and let the syrup cook.
. Keep skimming off the scum as it cooks.
. Cook till a drop of syrup pressed between two fingers, forms a thread (one-thread consistency).
. Add the cardamom extract and the kewda essence. Strain through a muslin cloth and cool.
. When cool, mix the potassium in a little of the syrup first and then add to the whole lot.
. Store in clean airtight bottles.
85g plain chocolate, 70% or 80%
1 tbsp coffee granules
4 scoops vanilla ice cream, plus extra to serve (optional)
. Roughly chop 75g of the chocolate and put into a large jug with the coffee.
. Bring 300ml of the milk just to the boil, then pour over the chocolate and coffee mix, stirring to melt. Once melted, cool.
. Tip the cooled mocha milk into the blender with the ice cream and remaining milk.
. Blitz until blended, then pour into 4 tall glasses.
. Add an extra scoop of ice cream to each, if you like, then grate a little of the remaining chocolate on top.
