Ingredients :

Leftover dosa batter – 2 cups
Big onion – 1 no (Finely chopped)
Green chilli – 2 nos (slit or finely chopped)
Jeera – 1 tbsp
Salt – as needed
Water – very little if batter is thick

How to make the paniyaram

. Take the dosa batter in a bowl. Add little water if its too thick.
. Add onion,jeera and green chilli to the batter.
. Check for salt.
. Heat paniyaram pan with 1 tsp oil in each hole.
. Pour the batter.Cover the pan.Cook both sides and remove.
. Enjoy with coconut chutney or peanut chutney !
