Ingredients:

2 Cups Dosa batter
1 Beetroot Grated
2 Green Chilly
oil

(Online Conversion utility to convert Gms to Cups & Temperatures etc)

How to make Beetroot dosa

. Take 2 cups dosa batter
. Grate beetroot, 2 green chilly
. Add beetroot in a mixie jar
. Add green chilly
. Add 1/2 tsp salt or adjust dosa batter
. Grind smoothly without adding water
. Add beetroot paste to the batter
. Mix well properly
. Place tawa and preheat
. Pour one laddle full of batter and roll thinly
. Apply oil and cook on both sides
. Turn other side and cook in low flame for crispier dosa
. Once done transfer to a plate
. Beetroot dosa is ready serve hot.
. Serve with chutney
